Happy Halloween, readers! We asked you to submit photos from your students’ seasonal festivities, and we were impressed to see the results. From town parades to costume class days that raise money for charities, you’ve come up with some inspiring traditions. It may be tough to compete with trick-or-treating, but even if you cancel classes on the day itself, there are plenty of ways to make your studio part of the All Hallow’s Eve fun. Take a look at some of our favorites:
A “Ghostbusters and Zombie Invasion” makes for a wild time at one studio’s official Halloween bash:
At this Princeton studio, students pay $1 a day to wear costumes to class around Halloween. Proceeds go to Dancevision, a local nonprofit performance and outreach company:
These undead dancers perform in their town’s annual Halloween Parade:
Many of your students and staff find creative ways to combine dance and dress-up, like this banana “split” and tutu ghost!
And there’s nothing like studio costume days to showcase the complete cuteness of tiny dancers (and teachers!) dressed as their favorite characters:
Thanks for your awesome submissions!
