Create an event (for example, “senior team meeting”), select proposed dates and times and invite participants to partake in a poll on a meet-up that works for them. The Doodle Mobile app makes it possible to create, respond to and view all of your polls on your phone or tablet. Connect Doodle to your address book and as many calendars as you need at no cost, making it easy to invite participants and see your entire schedule at once. If you offer private lessons at your studio, use Doodle’s MeetMe page to share your availability and let interested students submit calendar requests. The premium version (starting at $39 per year) allows you to send automatic reminders to participants who fail to respond to polls or request additional information from those who have replied.
