Ellison Ballet is hosting a performance fundraiser next weekend at NYC’s Manhattan Movement & Arts Center for those impacted by Hurricane Sandy. All proceeds from the shows will go directly to the cause. Two unfortunate families in the school’s network lost loved ones and all possessions in the hurricane. Our hearts go out to them.

When: Friday, December 7, 8:00 pm and Saturday, December 8, 8:00 pm

Where: Manhattan Movement & Arts Center, 248 West 60th Street (between Amsterdam and West End Ave) in NYC

What: Students of the Ellison Ballet’s professional program plus guest artists from the New York dance community perform excerpts from Giselle, La Bayadère, Bournonville’s Le Conservatoire and more.

How: General Admission: $30 in advance, $35 at the door; Students/Seniors: $25 in advance, $30 at the door
