It’s Thursday Afternoon: Time for Your Ballet Fix

For those in need of a ballet fix this afternoon, we’ve got you covered with some stunning images of New York City Ballet. First up is a set of photos of NYCB promoting the company’s 2016–17 season, all shot in black and white, at a country home in upstate New York. This one is my favorite:

For more of a behind-the-scenes view, WSJ. Magazine followed NYCB principal Tiler Peck around for a day. Meet her maltipoo, Cali, and watch her trek from company class to physical therapy to her Upper West Side apartment to the theater, for a performance of Balanchine’s Jewels.

Don’t miss a single issue of Dance Teacher.
