We all know dance is hard, but it feels so good to see that acknowledged by nondancers, right? Which is why this Conan O’Brien clip, in which he visits The Ailey School to take a Horton class, is so satisfying.

I’m not sure which part I like best: either O’Brien needing the dancers to physically support his body while he attempts a lateral T, or when he busts out a hat and cane and goes into full-on Fosse mode.
