If you haven’t seen Beyonce’s video for her new single, “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),” check it out. Whether you like the song or not, the choreography (by JaQuel Knight and Frank Gatson) will definitely make you want to get up and dance! And with Thanksgiving just days away, I’m sure many of us could use an extra cardio boost.

“Saturday Night Live” even recently did a skit parodying the video, where they used male backup dancers instead of females. A leotard-clad Andy Samberg, Bobby Moynihan and special guest Justin Timberlake all shake it as a horrified Beyonce yells cut. Their moves will crack you up in addition to Timberlake’s reoccurring catch phrase, “We’re the dancers!”
