Fall Internships Available

Are you a dancer or a former dancer who also loves to write? Macfadden Performing Arts Media, which publishes Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit, Pointe, Dance Teacher, and other dance-related titles is accepting applications for fall internships. Internships are unpaid, and require a minimum two-day-a-week commitment. Interns will assist editors, gather art, write short items, contribute to magazines' websites, and attend editorial meetings. Many former interns are now on staff! Please send current resume, cover letter, and two writing samples (preferably dance-related) to Hanna Rubin at hrubin@dancemedia.com. Specify the magazine(s) for which you wish to intern. You must apply by Aug. 1 to be eligible for consideration.
