This month, the new documentary Paul Taylor: Creative Domain will be released in select U.S. cinemas. Seventeen years after the premiere of Dancemaker—the first film to detail the prolific, 85-year-old choreographer and his process—Creative Domain documents the creation of his 133rd dance. Three Dubious Memories (2010) tells the story of a troubled relationship from three perspectives. Audiences receive rare glimpses of Taylor outside of the studio, shaping the piece, as well as interviews with and behind-the-scenes footage of company dancers.
