After watching the staff at his daughter’s dance studio create a recital program by laying out 3″ x 5″ index cards, Bo Twerdowsky decided to use his computer background to develop software that would make recital sequencing as painless as possible. His Recital Conflict Manager allows you to give students ample time between routines, eliminating the possibility of back-to-back costume changes once and for all. You can select the rest interval you’d prefer between students’ dances and even enter your ideal recital sequence—Recital Conflict Manager will do the rest. The program, which costs $19.99 (with unlimited technical support and upgrades), is compatible with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Excel.

The user-friendly interface and straightforward data entry can create a recital program for a number of scenarios. RCM can accommodate up to 500 students, participating in 15 numbers each, with up to 75 total routines in the recital. Want to give it a test drive? Visit rcmgr.com to download a free demonstration.
