Nureyev's Life and Costumes on Display
November 7, 2012

Until February 17, visitors to San Francisco’s de Young Museum can take a peek into the life of Rudolph Nureyev. More than 80 costumes and 50 photographs are on display spanning the Soviet-born dancer’s career, from his famous partnering of Margot Fonteyn (have you shown your students their Swan Lake?) to his time with the Paris Opéra Ballet.
