We already know dancing is great for senior citizens, but Medline Plus just put it in writing: exercise for the elder set should be a social activity. When they’re getting their groove on in a group or with a partner, seniors reap psychological as well as aerobic benefits. Have you considered offering senior dance classes at your studio?
